Examining Health Related Policies in Development Plans (1 to 6) within the framework of Social Policy

Background: Development plans are a tool for improving the economic and social life of societies and aim to promote the material and spiritual well-being of societies. Development plans have different economic and social dimensions, such as health, housing, education, etc., which is one of the most important parts of development programs within the framework of social policy areas of health. The purpose of this study is to identify health policies in development plans (first to sixth) from a social policy point of view.Methods: The present study is a quantitative content analysis; the statistical society is the text of all the laws of developmental programs (from the first to sixth post-Islamic revolution) in the field of health, among which is the content of the program At least one of the categories studied has been selected as an example; in the data analysis section, the frequency and frequency of variables (sentences, developmental indicators, requirements, brokers, target groups, type Politics and service, policy and service fields, financing, execution time and implementation equipment) are presented in the form of tables and charts.Findings: The results of the research show that from the total number of health related sentences in the development plans, 209 health and physical and mental health verdicts have been developed by the various strata of society. The findings of the study indicate that the index of health had the highest index of health with 17.7% among health indicators,In the case of the required degree variable, the degree of compulsory degree is 55% higher, the variable of the broker is to execute the orders of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education with 31.6% of the principal enforcement officer, on the target groups of sentences, the target groups All people in the community with 17.7%, the target group of deprived people with 9.6%, and the target group of vulnerable groups with 8.6% had the highest target group, in terms of the type of policy and service, service sentences With 57.9%, in the area of social care and treatment services with 13.9%, they have the highest rate in the development of health regulations in development programs.
